Brentwood Building and Remodeling built and completed an addition off the back of our house. The job included adding a basement area to our existing structure, reworking venting and plumbing, rebuilding a closet, moving and installing new interior doors, installing a kitchen, exterior windows and a door, rebuilding a fireplace mantle and remodeling an upstairs (full) bathroom.
In addition to working from our architectural plans, Frank was able to modify and recommend changes to make the job more cost effective. Aside from a few unforeseen additions to the work (e.g., the bathroom), the job was completed within the initial cost estimated and within a reasonable time period. Frank's dependable, responsive and calm demeanor, and his high quality of work made him a pleasure to work with during a difficult time when our home was under part demolition and new construction. The contractors with whom Frank required to complete the job (e.g., plumber) worked in a professional manner.
Given our experience with Brentwood Remodeling and Frank Catania, we would highly recommend him for any home remodeling job. Furthermore, we would most certainly hire Brentwood Remodeling again for future work.
